2. The Service
The Service includes:

The Service is provided primarily for personal, non-commercial educational use. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. 11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multilingo and its team from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice on the site (or by email, where appropriate) at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
