Data Fiduciary

For personal data processed through padho.club, Multilingo Education Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary, and you (the user) are the Data Principal. We process only the minimum personal data needed to run the site, deliver subscribed services and respond to you.

Lawful basis & consent

We rely on your consent (Section 6) for processing such as email subscriptions, and on certain legitimate uses (Section 7) for keeping the service secure and meeting legal obligations. Consent is sought through clear notice and can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to privacy@padho.club.

Your rights as a Data Principal

• Access a summary of your data and its processing.
• Correction & erasure of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death.
• Grievance redress through our Grievance Officer, and escalation to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children’s data

We treat any user we believe to be under 18 as a child under the DPDP Act and seek verifiable parental/guardian consent before processing their data. We do not run behavioural advertising or tracking against children.

Security & breach notification

We apply reasonable security safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, hardened hosting). In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by law.
